Joseph Fera

Joseph Fera was raised in the City of Guelph, and graduated from high school at John F. Ross CVI in 1988. He then attended the University of Toronto where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree 1992, and Queen’s University where he graduated with a Law Degree in 1995. After completing his education, Joseph returned to Guelph in 1997 to start his law practice. Joseph has over 20 years of practice before the Guelph courts, and in the Guelph Legal community. He regularly represents clients in Guelph, Wellington County, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Milton. He is a proud family man, with a wife and three children. He has a strong sense of community and believes that all members of the community have rights. He is passionate about defending people charged with crimes. He has a special interest in the defense of Sexual Assault charges, having done a significant number of Jury and Non-Jury Sexual Assault trials over the years. He also assists clients with real estate transactions, business transactions, corporation law, wills, and estates.

Laurie MacDougall

Laurie MacDougall has been a Real Estate/Wills clerk for the last 25 years. She brought all this experience to Joseph Fera Law Office. She assists clients with their real estate transactions, and their estate matters. She loves what she does and is a valued member of the team at Joseph Fera Law Office.
